Donaire-Mthalane to land
in Macau as part of PPV?

According to Dan Rafael pf
ESPN.com a proposed October 11th Pay-Per-View
that would featuref IBF Flyweight Champion Nonito
Donaire Jr. (19-1, 12 KOs) of San Leandro, California
and his IBF #1 mandatory challenger Moruti Mthalane
(22-1, 15 KOs) of South Africa could take place
in Macau, China as part of a card that would
start in the morning U.S time.
Rafael said that Donaire's
promoter, Bob Arum is going to Macau to talk
watch the United States basketball team tune
up for the upcoming Olympics and try to compete
the deal with local promoters.
If the card comes off as
planned Arum has envisioned the following bouts
to take place on the show:
- Junior flyweight titlist
Ulises Solis (27-1-2, 20 KOs) defending against
Filipino-American Brian Viloria (22-2, 13 KOs)..
- Junior featherweight Bernabe
Concepcion against an opponent to be determined.
- Hot junior lightweight
prospect Brandon Rios (18-0, 12 KOs) against
an opponent to be named.
Arum also said that junior
bantamweight contender Jorge Arce might also
be on the show.
