Bailey & Maddalone score
first round knockouts on Broadway

Randall Bailey needed just
forty-six seconds. Vinny Maddalone took a couple
minutes but both scored first round destructions
in the co-main events at BB Kings in New York
City that highlighted a seven bout card.
Bailey capped off the evening
by landing a single body punch to dispose of
trial-horse Dairo Esales in a scheduled eight
round Jr. Welterweight bout.
Bailey, 143 lbs of Miami
is looking for one more title shot with a record
of 37-6 with thirty-four knockouts. Esales,
140 1/4 lbs of San Onofie, Colombia is now 31-14.
Maddalone was all over Joe
Stofle as he dropped him twice and had him in
trouble throughout their one round affair. The
first knockdown was from a three punch combination.
Maddalone jumped on Stofle and dropped him for
a second time with a overhand right. With Stofle
in trouble, a barrage of punches had the referee
stop the fight.
Maddalone, 233 lbs of Flushing,
New York is now 30-4 with twenty-one knockouts.
Stofle, 261 lbs of St. Charles, Missouri is
11-14-2.
James Moore fought through
rough tactics of Christian Lloyd Joseph to score
an eight round unanimous decision in a Jr. Middleweight
bout.
Joseph lead with his head
and forced clinches but Moore reacted and adapted
from round five on as he moved well on his feet
to open up punching angles.
Scores were 79-73, 78-74
& 78-74 for Moore, 155 1/2 lbs of New York
to raise his record to 16-1. Joseph, 155 1/2
lbs of Freeport, New York is now 12-7-3.
Dat Nguyan and Juan Cruz
fought an entertaining battle with Nguyan scoring
a six round majority decision in a Super Bantamweight
bout.
Cruz landed well from his
southpaw stance but Nguyan did well as he pressured
Cruz and gave the impression that his punches
were doing some damage.
Scores were 60-54, 59-55
& 57-57 for Nguyan, 124 lbs of Vero Beach,
Florida to raise his record to 13-1. Cruz, 123
lbs of Caguas, Puerto Rico is now 5-3.
Jonathan Nelson out worked
and landed solid punches to score a four round
unanimous decision over Rondu Campbell in a
Super Middleweight bout.
Nelson, 164 1/2 lbs of Little
Rock, Arkansas, is a stalemate of former world
middleweight champion Jermain Taylor is now
4-0. Campbell, 163 1/2 lbs of Bronx, New York
is 2-1-1.
Pressure fighting Ryan Kielczweski
was workman like in pounding out a unanimous
decision over Rapheal Luna in a four round Jr.
Lightweight bout.
Scores were 40-36 on all
cards for Kielczewski, 132 lbs of Lowell, Mass.
to win his pro debut. Luna, 132 lbs of Albany,
NY is now 0-2-1.
Will Rosinsky made a successful
pro debut by scoring a first round stoppage
over Valintine Fontarelly in a scheduled four
round Light Heavyweight bout.
The time of the stoppage
was 2:10 for Rosinsky, 173 1/2 lbs of Queens,
New York. Fontarelly, 172 3/4 lbs of Suwanee,
GA is now 0-3.
