Flores, who now resides in Las Vegas, was undefeated in his first twenty-five bouts as he went 24-0-1 with fifteen knockouts scored wins over the likes of Frank Walker (10-1-1); Pat Nwamu (12-1); Darnell Wilson (22-5-3); Jose Luis Herrera (16-5) and Epifanio Mendoza (29-7-1)

Flores is ranked number-twelve by the WBO

Iannuzzi has a record of 16-2 with nine knockouts and has some impressive victories over Jason Barnett (8-3); Terry Roy (7-0-2); Michael Alexander (12-3) and Hererra.

Iannuzzi is coming off a controversial unanimous decision defeated to highly regarded and undefeated Lateef Kayode in a bout that was broadcasted across the country on SHO BOX.

The show will have three more boxing and seven MMA bouts

The boxing portion of the undercard will feature undefeated Cruiserweight William Griver (5-0, 5 KO’s) taking on Kevin Bookout (3-1, 1 KO) as well as Jr. Middleweight Orlando Utsey. (4-0, 3 KO’s)
