LOS ANGELES (March 1, 2016) – Tickets for the WBC, RING Magazine and Lineal Middleweight Championship battle between Mexican superstar Canelo Alvarez (46-1-1, 32 KOs) and former two-time world champion and resurgent contender Amir “King” Khan (31-3, 19 KOs) will go on sale Wednesday, March 2 at 10:00 a.m. PT./1:00 p.m. ET.
The 12-round world championship clash will take place on Cinco de Mayo weekend, Saturday, May 7 at Las Vegas’ newest landmark, the state-of-the-art T-Mobile Arena, located west of the Las Vegas Strip between New York-New York and Monte Carlo. The mega-fight features two of boxing’s most popular and powerful fighters guaranteeing boxing fans non-stop action. The event will be produced and distributed live by HBO Pay-Per-View® beginning at 9:00 p.m. ET/6:00 p.m. PT.
Tickets priced at $1,500, $1,200, $1,000, $800, $600, $400, $250 and $150, not including applicable service charges and taxes, with a total ticket limit of 8 per person.
