PROVIDENCE, R.I. (April 13th, 2018) — “CES MMA NY” is shaping up to be one of the most highly-anticipated fight cards of the year as a world-class assemblage of Big Apple brawlers take center stage next month at the historic The Space at Westbury Theater.

CES MMA’s New York debut, scheduled for Friday, May 4th, 2018, features a main event showdown between former UFC and Bellator welterweights Matthew Secor (9-5) of Glens Falls and Brazilian Renee Forte (8-4, 2 KOs) of Long Island, plus the long-awaited New York debut as a professional for Oyster Bay welterweight John Gotti III (1-0).

Tickets for “CES MMA NY” are priced at $100.00, $115.00, $175.00 and $200.00 (VIP) and can be purchased online at www.cesmma.com or by phone at 401-724-2253/2254. All fights and fighters are subject to change.

The Secor-Forte main event is one of seven confirmed bouts at “CES MMA NY.” Gotti III, who debuted in Rhode Island at “CES MMA 46,” faces Eddie Haws (0-1) of Schenectady. He last fought at The Space in his final amateur bout in February of 2017, defeating Anthony Wolter by unanimous decision in a vacant title bout.

In the co-main event, longtime Bellator vet Kenny Foster (12-12, 1 KO) of Corona makes his third appearance with CES MMA in a featherweight showdown against Jacob Bohn (5-5) of Le Roy, who returns to CES MMA following his debut with the promotion in May of 2017. Foster recently scored an upset win over fan-favorite Joe Pingtore at “CES MMA 42.”

Unbeaten flyweight Josh Ricci (4-0), who has played spoiler twice against hometown fighters for CES MMA, gets the chance to fight in his backyard for just the second time as the Whitesville native battles two-time CES MMA vet Miguel Restrepo (4-4-1), now fighting out of Brooklyn. Ricci defeated Remo Cardarelli and David Baxter with CES MMA before winning his Bellator debut at Bellator 182 in August.

Heavyweight Jahsua Marsh (2-3, 1 KO) of Brentwood fights in New York as a professional for the first time at “CES MMA NY” when he battles unbeaten South Portland, Maine, veteran Ras Hylton (2-0, 1 KO). Marsh also fought in his home state as an amateur, most recently in Queens in his amateur finale in 2016, but has since toured Mississippi, New Jersey and Indiana on the professional circuit. May 4th will be Hylton’s CES MMA debut following two first-round knockout wins as a pro in 2017.

Also on the “CES MMA NY” undercard, bantamweight Sergio Da Silva (6-9) of New York City battles Milford, N.H., native Walter Smith-Cotito (5-5, 1 KO) and Al Jones (2-3, 1 KO) also of New York, faces Elmira veteran Quentin Gaskins in a bantamweight bout.

A two-time Bellator vet, Da Silva last fought for the promotion in June of 2017 at Bellator NYC at Madison Square Garden. Smith-Cotito also starred on two Bellator preliminary cards against regional rivals and CES MMA alumni Kin Moy and Blair Tugman. Jones hopes to build off his win over Jack Hartenstine in December in Atlantic City.
