SALINAS, CA (December 20, 2019) – Undefeated lightweight prospect, Justin “The Stallion” Cardona (3-0, 2 KOs), makes his way back to the ring this Saturday December 21, 2019, at the Toyota Center in Ontario, California. Cardona will face Archie Weah (3-13 1KO) in a scheduled 4-round bout.

Cardona, who resides in Salinas, CA, has been out of the ring for six months after a few opponents fell through. He’s looking to make a statement in this fight and carry that momentum into 2020.

“I am excited to get back in the ring, I have a tremendous team, and I know I am on a great path in terms of boxing,” said Cardona. “Because of the team around me, I feel I have everything in place to make some noise in boxing. In this fight, I am going to display my skills and show everyone why I will be a future world champion.”

Cardona is trained by the world-famous Ruben Guerrero, who trained his son, Robert “The Ghost” Guerrero to multiple world titles. Ruben believes Cardona has a great opportunity to an impact in the lightweight division.

“Justin is a great fighter and a hard working kid,” said Ruben Guerrero. “We are working hard not just to make him a good fighter, but a future champion, and that is what I see in him “He is training next great fighters, and I see him having a ton of success.”

Cardona will be in action this weekend on the undercard of Tony Harrison versus Jermell Charlo II from the Toyota Center in Ontario, California, on Saturday, December 21.
